Aquafina – Compressible & Secure Bottle Redesign

This project explores a redesign of Aquafina’s iconic water bottle, addressing issues of sustainability, convenience, and consumer safety. The new compressible design reduces size by 60% after use, ensuring easy storage and transport. Using cellulose-based biodegradable plastic, it aims to reduce environmental impact while maintaining durability.To combat the widespread issue of refilling and resale of bottles, the design incorporates a breakable nozzle and crush mechanism, making each bottle single-use for consumer trust. Beyond packaging, the project focuses on circular design principles and practical usability.
